Shipping Policy

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country and shipping service.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout. If your order is shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities before or upon delivery.

Please note that I do not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they are determined by the destination country and its customs regulations.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days.

Art prints are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled from different fulfillment locations depending on the destination and product. This means that processing and delivery times may vary.

If an order contains products that are fulfilled separately, your order may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, fulfillment location, carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, and other circumstances outside of our direct control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.

While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to sign any required forms before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's customs office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur after dispatch due to circumstances outside of our direct control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact me so that we can discuss the available options.
