Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless a legal exception applies.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

You do not have to provide a reason for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us using the contact information provided on our website or use the electronic withdrawal function provided by our store, where available.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where applicable and where you have been properly informed of this before purchase.

Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that fall within a legal exception.

In particular, this may include goods that are made according to the customer's specific individual specifications or are clearly personalized for the customer.

Our standard art prints and standard tote bags are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal simply because they are handmade or produced to order.

Voluntary Returns and Exchanges

Outside of the statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges.

All products are carefully prepared and checked before shipment.
