A little note about shipping ♡

thatkindofangel is an independent art project based in Germany.

my handmade pieces are created, packed and sent out by me, while art prints are made to order through my printing partner. 

Because of this, different items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at different times. 

PROCESSING

Please allow around 3-7 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Tote bags are handmade and packed by me with care. Art prints are made to order, so they are only produced once you place your order.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and the items in your order.

The shipping price covers the cost of sending your package. For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination and shipping service. These costs are not included in the shipping price unless stated otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country and shipping service.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout. If your order is shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities before or upon delivery.

Please note that I do not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they are determined by the destination country and its customs regulations.

DELIVERY

If tracking is available for your order, you'll receive the tracking information once your package has been shipped.

I cannot be held responsible for stolen/missing packages. If the package is marked as delivered and has not yet arrived, the recipient is ultimately responsible for contacting the postal service to remedy the situation or file a claim.

ONE LAST THING...

A lot of the pieces here are handmade and one of a kind.

Small differences in stitching, printing, placement and finish are part of the process. They are little traces of the fact that a real person made each piece, and no two will ever be exactly the same.
